10 mins Cheesy Garlic Bread with Topping

Garlic Bread

Hosting a party is always the most hectic thing for me. Yes ofcourse I consider it more tedious than an over time job. I always act like a lousy ass and which results in lousy parties. The fact is party means a loads of things need to be done perfectly on time. Most important thing is the food. Then comes rest like music, ambiance  Ohh no no I was so damn wrong. The most important thing is the People and your motto is to make them happy and warm.

Anyways I always find it’s difficult to please children and adults happy at the same time with the same food. So I always keep looking for a suitable appetizer whenever possible or whenever I’m in need. Few days back when I was in a desperate need of this kind of appetizer and I could find nothing to suit children. Out of my frustration I actually planned to bake some garlic breads with cheese toppings. I know it is as common as milk but as a matter of fact it is as popular as chocolate. But surprisingly it came out as a big hit with fresh veggies and loads of cheese. So I thought of gathering it together and placing it in my blog too.

Take a large mixing bowl or salad bowl. Throw in all the chopped veggies, parmesan cheese and pepper powder. Add salt at this point if you are using any.
Slice bread of 1” thick. Arrange them in a baking tray. Place 1 spoonful of the veggies mixture on each slice. Top with half of a mozzarella cheese slice.

Preheat the oven to 1800C. Bake the slices for 10-12 mins or until cheese melts.
You can bake in more than one baking tray at a time.
Serve hot with any drinks or cocktails. For children use some fresh or canned juice.

I used Strawberry Margarita for adults and for children canned cranberry juice so that they look similar and ofcourse not to make your child curious about the difference ;)
