Ingredients
  • Irish whiskey: 120 ml
  • Red grapes: 500g
  • Pomegranate: 2, large
  • Lime juice: 20 ml
  • Chilled water: 500 ml
  • Sweetener to taste, (As sweet cocktails are not my thing I dint use any)
Instructions
  1. Wash and clean fruits and pat dry.
  2. Take pomegranate seeds, red grapes and water in a food processor and pulse for 2-4 times or just until seeds release juice.
  3. Add sweetener at this point (if using any) according to personal preferences.
  4. Strain out the seeds and discard. Repeat the process 2-3 times if needed.
  5. Pour the fresh juice, whiskey and lime juice in a large pitcher and stir.
  6. Serve in ice filled tall glasses with mint leaves. Enjoy!
Notes
Increase/decrease the amount of whiskey according to personal preference.
Use vodka or tequila or white rum instead of whiskey to create variations.
Use soft drinks to replace whiskey for non-alcoholic version.
Don’t blend them as blended seeds will add bitterness to the juice.
Use store bought juice for instant juice mix.
